    Make it an event!

    Parents

    Organize your chairs, bean bags, balloons, decorations, lights, speakers, stage, and tables. It is important to dedicate a space for the block party experience. When you do this step your students will take it seriously.

     

    Churches/Youth Ministries

    Partner with Alphaeus by spreading the word, registering your students and donation of any amount.

     

    Schedule & Promote.

    It's great when your entire youth group is sharing the block party experience at the same time in the same place or at home. It is great to safely invite friends over to experience the block party together.

     

    Download reinforcement resources ahead of time! (All block parties may not include a workbook)

    If you choose to download the free workbook, please do so ahead of time. It is best to have no interruptions during the block party experience. This is really important for group settings. The workbook takes the block party experience to a whole new level.

     

    Follow up. 

    Avail yourself for your child or student questions, prayer requests, tears and fears. We hope it will be a fun, life changing experience. Help your students complete their worksheet or activity page if the block party experience comes with reinforcement resources. We hope after the block party experience is over your students will leave ready to be on a mission.

    Citywide Student Block Parties

    Gain Maintain decided to host a citywide only back to school event at a time when it's needed most. Many ministries struggle to assemble content for their students and administer day to day tasks during this pandemic. Other churches are small and short capable volunteers and staff to execute online events with excellence.

     

    Q: Is the Student party free?

     

    A: Yes is it absolutely free to register. We ask that churches and parents consider partnering with us by donating.The Block Party Online is supported with your generous donations. Thank you for helping us produce life changing content and resources to help you equip students to be ambassadors for Christ and keep the faith.

    About Alphaeus

    Gain Maintain founder, Alphaeus Anderson, has a BA in Christian Ministries with a minor in Music. He is also the founder of multiple Stellar Award winning, Dove Award nominated, Pure-N-Heart. Dubbed Urban Youth Ministry strategist, Alphaeus speaks to thousands of students across the US and is a regular at conventions, workshops, youth revivals, schools and associations.

    Do you have any experience hosting youth events virtually.

    During the pandemic, we have successfully helped churches launch a brand new virtual teen and children's church, as well as assist over 40 families with in home virtual Christian education. VBS online was a huge success and you are able to see footage on Pure N Heart movement's youtube channel. Alphaeus has made several virtual appearances at youth events during the pandemic.
